Easy 15-day Return Policy
We put a lot of care and love into our products and we hope you have a positive experience. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 15-day return policy for everything we make. To qualify, items must be in new and unused condition. *Customized items, framed prints and gift cards are non-returnable.
To arrange a return or exchange, email help@shopgoldleaf.com and let us know the issue. Please include any photos in the case of damage; it helps expedite things. We will send you a postage label for the return.
- Await your refund or exchange. Once a qualified return is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be charged for the return in addition to a $5 restocking fee which will be deducted from the return credit.
