We put a lot of care and love into our products, and we hope you have a positive experience. Should you have any questions or concerns, simply contact us and we'll do our best to answer them.

If you need to start a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

  1. Make Sure Your Order Qualifies

    Orders may be returned so long as:

    • The order is new, unused, and unopened
    • The order is returned within 15 days of receipt
    • The order was not purchased on final sale

    *Made-to-order items, pre-orders, gift cards and other custom products are non-returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a refund.

  2. Email Our Team

    Send an email to: help@shopgoldleaf.com to let us know the issue, and what you'd like to do (return or exchange). Please note that if you don't let us know, it may delay your refund or exchange.

  3. Return Your Order & Packing Slip

    Send your order, along with its original packing slip, to:

    Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

  4. Await Credit or Exchange

    Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
