Easy 15-day Return Policy

We put a lot of care and love into our products and we hope you have a positive experience. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 15-day return policy for everything we make. To qualify, items must be in new and unused condition. *Customized items, framed prints and gift cards are non-returnable.

To arrange a return or exchange, email help@shopgoldleaf.com and let us know the issue. Please include any photos in the case of damage; it helps expedite things.

Please share any tracking information for your return shipment with our team. We aren't responsible for non-deliveries or missing items.

Await your refund or exchange. Once a qualified return is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a $5 restocking fee which will be deducted from the return credit.

Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
