Our latest addition to our science-forward cannabis journal collection is now available!
The new journal focuses entirely on the culinary arts; it's a great fit for those who enjoy cooking with cannabis and want a clean and simple way to track their kitchen experiments. Like our other journals, it is an A5 size and has a discreet and elegant exterior. The fun part starts when you dive into the pages—and this notebook does not disappoint. If features an in-depth look at decarboxylation (along with temperature and time recommendations from top chefs), a helpful chart about the different options for infusions, and a variety of infographic spreads on terpene flavor pairing ideas and options (curated by The Herb Somm, Jamie Evans).
No Goldleaf journal would be complete without a series of guided entry pages: in this case, blank templated recipe spreads for both infusion and traditional recipes. Each entry walks you through the important points to create your own cannabis recipe book to enjoy for years to come.
We're also excited to have developed a series of colorful and chic recipe cards with some of the top chefs in the space. These cards offer some fantastic recipes specifically for cannabis-infused oils or dry herb. With contributions by Cat Cora, Jason Eisner, Chef Brandon Allen, Monica Lo, and Kyrious, there is something for everyone's palate. This card set will be available exclusively with The Cooking Journal.
